We are developing a complete NDIS-compliant CRM platform that streamlines client onboarding, service agreements, therapist workflows, case notes, billing, invoicing, payroll, and reporting. The system also integrates with Xero for accounting and SharePoint for document compliance, while ensuring all data is securely hosted in Australia. 
This solution empowers Crystel Care to deliver services more efficiently, reduce errors in billing, and maintain full compliance with evolving NDIS rules.

myDNA empowers individuals to make informed health, wellness, and medication decisions through genetic insights. Their accredited labs in Melbourne and Houston generate clinically actionable DNA reports—covering pharmacogenomics, nutrigenomics, carrier status, disease susceptibility, and more.

This software streamlines the workflow of a compliance company seeking relevant information and documents from the corporate customers and further processing. In the current phase of the project the compliance company (client) send e-mails to onboarded clients directly to the platform to fill-out a dynamic multi-page questionnaire and uploading relevant documents. Once the information is successfully submitted the TCO officer is prompted every 3 hours. If in case the information is not submitted or is incomplete then the corporates are reminded every 4 days. 

The coroporates can login to resubmit the form annually with pre-filled fields and can change as required. As the user moves forward to the next page of the questionnaire the field details are saved in real-time. 

The application is an interactive and efficient online platform to connect home care enterprises with certified caregivers. The platform aims to address challenges such as timely service delivery for enterprises and optimal schedule utilization for caregivers by providing a seamless connection between both parties.
