We are developing a complete NDIS-compliant CRM platform that streamlines client onboarding, service agreements, therapist workflows, case notes, billing, invoicing, payroll, and reporting. The system also integrates with Xero for accounting and SharePoint for document compliance, while ensuring all data is securely hosted in Australia. 
This solution empowers Crystel Care to deliver services more efficiently, reduce errors in billing, and maintain full compliance with evolving NDIS rules.

The objective was to create a user-friendly website that showcases their extensive product range, facilitates online purchases, and provides detailed information on their offerings. The platform needed to cater to various industries, including corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and sports sectors.

The service is provided to restaurants via a customizable web browser environment using the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. A restaurant can register and subscribe to the service and manage the menus and users can order online with the option for owners to view the placed orders.

The system is an intuitive multilingual conversational messaging platform that allows organizations to engage with customers easily via multiple messaging channels in 109 languages. It is managing real-time translation which eliminates language barriers and increased customer behavior.

It is a web-based interface for the configuration of data as per WHS need of the organization and mobile app that could be used by staff users to update data into the system using mobile-enabled forms.

The proposed system is offered on a subscription basis i.e. SaaS-based to various companies that want to manage their WHS data. It is a platform targeted to provide services related to workplace health and safety.
