Courier persons on other hand have option to accept/decline the order, once accepted customers can track the order via app. We have given options to call recipient, return to sender etc. incase the recipient is not there. Delivery is authenticated by courier person uploading delivery picture once order is delivered. Live tracking functionality is also provided.
