The Saudi Telemedicine platform is a comprehensive telehealth solution designed to connect patients with healthcare providers for online consultations. The platform supports both individual and group therapy sessions, enabling patients to book appointments, share medical documents, and consult with specialists via video calls. The system includes three main portals:

1. Patient Portal: For booking appointments, managing health data, and accessing consultation notes.
2. Care Provider Portal: For managing appointments, conducting consultations, and prescribing medications.
3. Admin Portal: For verifying specialists, managing payments, and overseeing platform operations.

The platform is multilingual (English & Arabic) and adheres to HIPAA-compliant security standards.

This project was developed for a care and legal services provider to streamline operations through a GDPR-compliant digital system. It includes a Legal Representative Portal (EV Portal) for secure client management, an intelligent Route & Assignment Planning module to automate staff scheduling and routing, and a Billing system that applies client-specific rates and generates structured invoices.
