The client required a customizable LAN-based Restaurant POS system to streamline order processing, table management, billing, and inventory tracking. Due to internet connectivity limitations, the system needed to function entirely within a local network (LAN) while integrating hardware devices such as MSR Credit Card Reader, Kitchen Display System (KDS), Thermal Printers, and Receipt Printers.

The solution includes:

  • A Desktop POS Application for restaurant operations, supporting table management, order processing, and payments.
  • An Android App for waiters and chefs, enabling real-time order tracking and kitchen display.
  • An Admin Interface for reporting, analytics, and inventory management.

One key feature of the solution will be the ability for clients to browse a comprehensive set of assessment questionnaires (intake quiz) and be matched with the most suitable therapist respective to the diagnosed underlying problems, as well as the ability for users to purchase subscription tier-based service packages. Along with the integration of video call functionality, using a third-party service like Twilio or Vonage. This will allow the service provider and their clients to communicate remotely, increasing the accessibility of the services being offered.
