Once the information is successfully submitted the TCO officer is prompted every 3 hours. If in case the information is not submitted or is incomplete then the corporates are reminded every 4 days. 

The coroporates can login to resubmit the form annually with pre-filled fields and can change as required. As the user moves forward to the next page of the questionnaire the field details are saved in real-time.

Once items are added to the virtual cart, users can choose a delivery time slot or schedule a pickup at their preferred store. The platform also offers features such as personalised recommendations based on past purchases, digital coupons for added savings, and the option to communicate with personal shoppers in real-time regarding substitutions or special requests.
